Today I posted my third post of the “Promoting episode 2” row - it is a "Did you know...?" about the origination of the work 'Karaoke'. See the post here. I also spent half an hour figuring out what to post for tomorrow because I don’t have anything planned, but this week is all about promoting my third episode which is about composing, so I thought that it would be fitting to post sound clips of some of the most famous opera arias, so I picked 6:
L’amour est un oiseau rebelle (Carmen) - sung by Elīna Garanča
La donna è mobile (Rigoletto) - sung by Luciano Pavarotti
Der Hölle Rache (Die Zauberflöte) - sung by Sumi Jo
De’ miei bollenti spiriti (La Trovatore) - sung by Rolando Villazon
Vedi! Le fosche (Il Trovatore) - sung by London Opera Chorus
Vissi d’arte (Tosca) - sung by Maria Callas
